Has Chris Simmonds Lost The Plot?
Concerns are rising over the mental health of long time Aberdeen Blues Promoter Chris Simmonds who operates from behind a mailing list which allows no scope for reply.
Over the past few months Chris has spewed forth vitriol regarding any Blues Artist appearing in Aberdeen not specifically booked by him, although he has attempted to justify his attitude by issuing a double edged statement showing appreciation for the continuance of a Blues Scene in Aberdeen while criticising the quality of the acts appearing.
Now he claims that people are "bad mouthing" him??
All this from the anonymity of a mailing list where his word is to be taken as Gospel.
Someone who claims to be interested in promoting and supporting Blues Music appears to be actively engaged in doing his utmost to destroy not only the Blues Scene in Aberdeen but also the Blues Community.

I have said nothing about Chris over this period that I have not said to his face many times, that's the main difference between us.
